Jazz, an 8 year old Standardbred gelding, who arrived May 27, 2010, went to his new home in Point Roberts on the Sunshine Coast on Aug. 28/10. He will be continuing his training as a pleasure and trail horse, and his new owners are very calm and relaxed with him, and really treasure his sweet and willing personality. He will have three other horses for company, and many miles of trails to explore with his new family. We will miss our sweet "Jazz Baby", but know he is going to a terrific home with loving people.

Nigel, a 9 year old Thoroughbred Gelding, who arrived May 29, 2010, went to his new home in Abbotsford on Aug. 27, 2010, where he will be loved and spoiled by a young lady with a lot of enthusiasm for a new jumping partner. He will have the company of another horse and a mule, and will be enjoying his freedom to move with his active new owner. We wish them both much happiness, and lots of clear jumps, which our proud and nobel Nigel will be thrilled about!

Lily, a 5 year old Standardbred mare, who arrived June 25, 2010, has gone to her new home in Langley on July 22/10. She was adopted by one of our dedicated and experienced volunteers who just fell in love with Lily's sweet and gentle nature. Lily will have another horse and a pony for buddies, and also a couple of sheep ! She will be continuing her under saddle training and be having a wonderful life as a trail riding companion and family member. We wish them many happy trails together.

Dimi, a 15 year old Quarterhorse gelding, who arrived April 25, 2010, went to his new home in Chilliwack on June 25, 2010. He is going to be a trail riding partner to an experienced horse woman, and will be going on many adventures, including camping! He has a home with nice pastures, barn shelter, and has a few horsey friends as neighbors. He will also have the company of a friend's horses over the summer to help 'mow' the lawn. We will miss him dearly, he was a very special, sweet and talented horse, but know he is going to a great home.

Carson, a 17 year old Thoroughbred gelding, who arrived September 23, 2009, went to his new home in Langley on May 14. Our 'gentle giant' has been adopted by one of our dedicated and caring volunteers, and will be very much loved and given everything a horse could want. He is living on 10 acres with his owner, her dog, three other horses, and is enjoying all the room and company. They will be going on lots of trail rides together, and just spending peaceful times with each other. We wish them all the best, and many years of happiness.

Circle F's 100th Adoption!

Katy, a 16 year old Anglo Arab Mare, who arrived last April, has gone to her new home in Pemberton on April 12/10. She will have a whole family of love, from kids to adults, other horses to play with, and lots of trails to go on and explore. Her new people have adopted horses from us before, and give them the best of care and attention. We will miss our sweet Katy Lou, but know she will have a great life !

Fletcher, a 21 year old Thoroughbred Gelding, arrived October 25, 2009, went to his new home at a family run boarding facility on April 9, 2010. He has been adopted by one of our long term and dedicated volunteers who wants a horse for a best friend to go on leisurely trail rides with. He will be loved and well cared for, and we wish them many years of joy together, on all of life's trails.

Mya, a 12 year old dappled bay Standardbred Mare, arrived August 17, 2009, and was adopted on March 22, 2010 by a young woman who wants an equine partner for life. Mya is now living in a herd of many, on a huge acreage in Alberta, and still will come running to the fence when her new owner arrives. They will be doing trail riding, games, and kid's summer camps together, and will be taking each other on many fun adventures together, and we know Mya will blossom under the individual care and attention of her new 'human' partner!

Raven, a 19 year old grey Arab gelding, arrived on February 18, 2010, and went to his new home in Mission on March 8, 2010. He has already made good friends with the other older gelding and they are very happy together. He will be loved and well looked after by his new family who have been involved in providing sanctuary homes for many different types of animals for years. We wish Raven and his new family many years of joy together.

Cisco, a 13 year old Standardbred gelding, who arrived on June 19, 2009, went to his new home in Chilliwack on Sept 12/09. His new forever buddy is an experienced and very caring horsewoman who will be going on lots of trail rides, and just spending quality time with him. He also has the company of a few cows, chickens and a couple of cats and dogs. He is boarded at a beautiful private barn, with lots of nice pastures, and a young girl who will give him all the fussing and pampering he can handle.

Koda, a 9 year old Standardbred gelding, who arrived on February 4, 2009, went to his new home in Langley on Sept 12/09. He has been adopted by one of our dedicated volunteers who just loves his playful, adventurous nature, and will be going on trail rides with him, and spoiling him with her care and attention. He is at a boarding facility with a huge 18 acre pasture to run and play with the other horses, and has already buddied up with a few of them. We wish them many happy years together, and lots of fun.

Krisi, a 4 year old Thoroughbred mare, who arrived on July 18, 2008, has gone to her new home in Kamloops on June 1, 2009. Krisi will be living in a beautiful acreage, built with a horses' dreamscape in mind. Many pastures to rotate through, an enormous outdoor sand arena, free range to come and go, run in shelters, and a very experienced and caring horse woman who provides all three of her present horses with a forever home and absolutely the best of care.

Annie, a 4 year old Thoroughbred mare, who arrived on February 22, 2009, has gone to her new home in Nelson, BC on June 2, 2009. Our young Annie has found a home with a caring, experienced horse woman and her family. They have a 12 acre 'horsey paradise' property, and also a beautiful barn and Pastures. Annie will be the companion to a 25 yr old TB gelding. We are so happy to see that Annie's sweet, curious and gentle personality has landed her a very special home.

Indy, an 18 year old Thoroughbred gelding, who arrived on February 10, 2009, has gone to his new home in Maple Ridge on June 1, 2009. Indy will be boarded at a beautiful barn with turn out and pasture daily, and lots of new friends to meet. We wish our big, gentle TB boy the best on his new life journey in his now forever home.

Shadow, a 13 year old Standardbred gelding, who arrived on January 3, 2009, has gone to his new home in Tulameen (near Princeton) on April 27, 2009. We will miss his playful personality and a lot of our younger volunteers who were most fond of riding him will miss the special care he took with them. Shadow will be a family trail riding horse for a wonderful, horse experienced couple and their granddaughter. He has the company of another gelding, three dogs, and other pets, and some sheep that he is not too sure of yet! He has pastures and hayfields as far as the eye can see, and will be loved, and spoiled. We wish all of them many years of happy trails.

Angel, a 24 year old Arab X mare, who arrived somewhat underweight on March 3, 2009, has gained most of her weight back and looks and feels terrific. She went to her new home in Langley on April 24 where she is cared for by a wonderful couple, and is a herd mate to an older gelding. The horses have acres of grazing land, and are enjoying each other's company, sharing the cozy shelter, and watching the antics of the other furry family members, the goats, dogs and cats. Angel's new owner will be taking her for leisurely rides on the property, with the gelding following along for exercise. We wish all of them many happy years together.

Rocky, an 8 year old Standardbred gelding, who arrived on October 4, 2008, has gone to his new home on Feb. 7. He has the horsey companionship of a beautiful older mare, and a wonderful new owner who will be taking him on many trail rides and spending lots of time with him each day. He was one of the favorites at the rescue, and we are all so thrilled that he has gone to such a great, caring home. Many happy trails to them both.

Bailey, a 10 year old Thoroughbred Mare, who arrived on November 22, 2008, went to her new home in Langley on Jan. 11 where she will be a trail riding partner for a wonderful, experienced horsewoman. She is at a boarding facility so will have many horsey friends, and will be well loved and cared for by her new owner and the people at the barn. We wish both of them many happy trails together, and will miss Bailey's sweet and gentle ways.

Vinnie, a 7 year old Standardbred Gelding, who arrived on October 15, 2008, was adopted out on Dec 20, 2008 to a wonderful family to become the husband's trail partner. Vinnie is also sharing his life with another standardbred, a 9 yr old mare. He will be loved and pampered by the whole family, and we wish them many happy trails together.

Tucker, a 3 year old Standardbred Gelding, who arrived on June 25, 2008, went to his new home in Chilliwack on October 10, 2008. His under saddle training will continue, as he is to be used for pleasure and trail riding. In his new home, he has lots of various animal friends, including a pony. The mother/daughter team who adopted him will be giving him lots of love, pampering and attention. We wish him many happy trails!

Vegas, a 19 year old Thoroughbred Gelding, arrived on June 25, 2008, and went to his new home in Aldergrove on September 27, 2008 where he will be a trail riding partner to his new owner, and have another gelding for company. His gentle, easy going ways made him a favorite at the rescue, and we know he will be loved and pampered in his new home.

Poncho, a 16 year old Standardbred Gelding, and Stardust, a 20 year old Quarter Horse X Arab Mare, arrived on June 27/08, and were adopted by a wonderful family in Chilliwack on Aug. 5/08. They will be loved and spoiled by two young girls, and ridden on the local trails with the other family horses. Their new home is in a rural area, where they have many acres of lush pasture to explore, and two other horses for buddies. We wish them all much happiness, and many new and wonderful adventures.

Paddy, a 20 year old Welsh Mountain Pony Gelding, arrived on June 10/08, and went to his new home in Langley on July 9, 2008. He has been adopted by the same family who recently adopted Chevy, and will be loved and adored and fussed over by a young boy. "Paddy" will be a companion and light riding pony for this family, and in return will be given lots of TLC, and a wonderful forever home. We will miss our sweet, lil' white pony 'gentleman', but know that he has gone to a fantastic place!

Barbie, a 6 year old QH mare, May 24/08, and settled into the herd easily. One of our volunteers became very fond of her, and decided to adopt her. She has moved to her new home in Chilliwack on July 2/08, where she is in a lovely boarding facility, and will be continuing her training and riding with her new young owner and their instructor. She was quite a pleasure to have at the rescue, and we wish both of them many happy times together.

Stealth, an 11 year old, Standardbred gelding, moved to his new home in Deroche on June 21/08, where he will be with three other horses on a beautiful acreage and have miles of trails to explore in the area. His new owner will be training him for under saddle work, and will also be using him for driving a cart. We will miss his sweet, gentle ways, but know they will have many happy years adventuring together.

Chevy, a 12 year old, Quarterhorse gelding, went to his new home in Abbotsford on May 4. We will miss his puppy dog kisses, and friendly ways, but know that this is a great home for him. Chevy will have a buddy in a 7 yr old Gelding, and his new owner plans to take him on trails, and possibly do some Gymkhana with him, and just let him be a happy horse! We wish them many wonderful adventures together.

Jack, a 24 year old, Thoroughbred gelding, has been adopted by one of our young lady volunteers. He is being boarded in Abbotsford with three other horses, and he and his new rider will be having many happy adventures together. We will miss our dear, sweet boy, but know he is going to a great home.

Thumbtack, a 5 year old, Standardbred Mare, has gone to her new home at a boarding facility in Mission on Mar.1. She is being trained to saddle and being cared for and spoiled by one of our Circle F volunteers who fell in love with her when she arrived at the rescue. We know they will both have many happy years together.

Flossy, a 12 year old, Welsch X Arab Pony Mare, has gone to her new home Feb.24 in Kamloops where she will be a companion to a small mare. She will be loved and spoiled by the family, and fussed over by a young girl.

Our Sweethearts, Skeeter, a 24-year-old Quarterhorse gelding and Treasure, a 5-year-old Standardbred mare, found a home together in Mission, and will be well cared for and loved by a young couple. They will be enjoying lots of trail rides through the forests and meadows, and have their own private pasture and shelter.

Rudy, a 10-year-old Standardbred gelding, went to his new home on Nov. 4 in Chilliwack where he will be cared for and ridden by a young woman, and greatly loved by the entire family. He is a great horse, and now has a wonderful home.

Phoenix, a 13-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, and Sassy, a 23-year-old Arab mare, went to their new home in Chilliwack on September 30 and October 9th respectively. They will be cared for, loved and ridden by a wonderful couple who will be moving them, together with their other 4 horses, to a ranch up in Princeton in the following months. Phoenix, Sassy and the other horses will also be visited regularly by the grandchildren, who are very excited by their arrival.

Chatter, a 5-year-old Standardbred mare, went to her new home in Chilliwack on August 6th where she will be loved and spoiled by a caring woman. She will be training to be a trail/pleasure horse, and will be living with many other horsey friends at the stable.

Fairfax, a 5-year-old Paint X Belgian Palamino mare, and Tenny, a 5-year-old Standardbred mare, went together to their new home July 19/07 in Chilliwack. They will be cared for by an enthusiastic couple with horse experience. They are going to be greatly loved and spoiled, with a pond, apple and pear trees, and a huge pasture.

Chewy, a 8-year-old Morgan X Appaloosa gelding, has found his new home in Chilliwack on June 29/07 with a wonderful woman who will help train him for pleasure use. He is with a herd of stablemates, and is loving all the attention, and one-on-one interaction with his new, dedicated owner.

Indy, a 20-year-old Quarterhorse Mare, went to her new home in Langley June 30th after being adopted by one of our volunteers as her first time horse. Indy is in a stable with many other horses for company, and already found a horsey best friend in one of the geldings.

Zephyr, a 4-year-old QH X Paint Filly, found a home June 30th in the Matsqui area as a young girl's horse. She will be loved and spoiled and trained to ride, and has a gelding as a companion.

Bramble, a Morgan X Arab Mare, was reunited with a family who were required to give her up years ago. Her family couldn't be happier to have found her again.

Our young 'uns, Lil' Pride, a 2-year-old Quarterhorse X, and Buddy, a 3-year-old Arab/QH/TB, went to their new home on September 23, 2006 in Maple Ridge where they will begin training.

Tilly, Tilly found a home, July 8th, 2006, in Pit Meadows, a pleasant acreage,nice facilities and other animals around. A mother and daughter will be giving Tilly their devoted attention.

Minu and Spirit, 27 and 25 year old Appaloosa mares arrived June 13, 2005. All three will be moving to their new home in Deroche.

Jimmy, a 6 year old thoroughbred gelding, arrived May 6, 2005 and went to his new home in Langley May 25, 2005 where he will be given special attention by a family.

(Red Star) Norma, a 3 year old Standardbred mare, arraived April 26,2005 and went to her new home in Hope May 28,2005 where she will be fondly looked after by a mother and her young daughter.

(Red Star) Playboy, a 4 year old Standardbred gelding arrived December 1, 2004 and has gone to a new home in Kelowna April 26, 2005. His new owner has a nice 5 acre place and lots of horse experience. Happy trails Playboy!

Spyx, a 14 year old Morgan/Arab cross mare, arrive December 10, 2004 and won the hearts of our volunteers. She has been adopted as a light riding horse to a local family.

Memphis (Zippos Dudes Scar) arrived December 15, 2004 went to his new home in Custer, Wa. January 28th, 2005. As a family horse he will be loved and attended to by three children and lightly ridden. He is happy with his new five year old quarter horse companion.

Georgia Straight (Jessie) from our "Other Horses' page found a new home December 19, 2004 as a learning and pleasure horse for a family in Rosedale.

Jaboo arrived October 30, 2004 at the age of 27. He moved to his new home December 12, 2004 in Mission to be a learning horse for a 14 yr. old boy.

Valentino Cyrus arrived July 2, 2004 with some arthritus problems. He is on a trial adoption out in the Greendale area as of November 25, 2004.

Mooney's Linnet is a 12 year old Standardbred gelding that arrived November 10, 2004 and went to his new home November 20th! Good luck!

Pacing Odessy also arrived November 10, 2004 and is an 8 year old Standardbred gelding. He moved up north with Linnet November 25, 2004.

Angel (Hot Revolt) arrived June 5, 2004 and moved to her new home in Maple Ridge, July 15, 2004 where she will join Buck and Montana. The family, Vanessa, Dean and Raquelle now each have a horse to ride the nearby dyke trails.

(Red Star) Saphire arrived June 14, 2004 went to a "healing home" in Chilliwack July 6, 2004 where she will spend several months recuperating from a stifle injury. She is a 4 year old standardbred mare who is very good natured and easy going.

Fred, the 23 year old, family friendly, 14.3 HH quarter horse, came to us March 31/04 and as of May 18 is in his new Aldergrove home being looked after by a family that is thoroughly enchanted with him.

Buck arrived with us March 15, 2004 and is going to his new home with Montana, who arrived October 17, 2003, on March 27, 2004. Montana will get some training and be riden by a young lady, while Buck is going to be 'Dad's'.

Becky arrived March 9, 2004 and has moved to a new home already!March 29, 2004. She will be a companion horse to Smokey, a 31 year old 3/4 Arab gelding who lost his former companion a few months ago. Way to go!

(Red Star) Matti and Bedecadent both arrived from the same barn January 2004. We are so happy the two have found a new loving home in Chilliwack where they will both be ridden and loved. The boys moved to their new home March 7, 2004.

(Red Star) Harley arrived December 18, 2003. He is a fabulous looking horse, standing about 16.2hh., is energetic and enthusiastic. Harley was retired from racing because he was not able to get up to the speed required for the next leg of his racing career. He found his new home and moved there February 21, 2004.

Sam arrived November 15, 2003 and is a 15.3 hh 11 year old chestnut appendix (QH x TB) gelding. He is very curious, affectionate, outgoing and likes to be with people and other horses. He went to his new home December 29 2003.

Jack is a roan/red draft Appy, 15 plus hh, 22 years plus in good health. He went to his new home in Maple Ridge November 20, 2003.

Alley arrived September 2 ,2003 and on November 13, 2003 went to her new home in Sumas where she is in the company of 5 other horses and has wonderful new owners to spoil her. She is breathing a huge sigh of relief that she is again blanketed and has her warm beet pulp twice a day. She will be much loved and much missed.

Jag arrived April 24th, 2003. He is a 16 year old Arab-Pinto, 14.2 HH, rust white in colour with some light pinto patches. Jag was adopted out to a home in Fort Langley October 15th 2003.

Stylish Success, with the call name of Toby, arrived Tuesday September 23, 2003.She is a 15 year old chestnut QH , 15.1 HH and is in excellent condition with the exception of having navicular on both front legs. She was with us for a few weeks (October 1st) and has now found a new home with a caring family in the Deroche area.

Spritey, a thirty year old bay welsh/sheltand mare, was with us two months from mid July to mid September on a boarding basis until she could find a placement. She was a lively, delightful pony living up to her name. She is now in a Langley area boarding stable

Echo arrived July 7, 2002. She is a 14 year old Standardbred mare, light chestnut, 15.3 HH. She found her new home August 26, 2003, locally, where she is a companion to another horse and is being ridden by a young lady.Good luck Echo!

Ali Dee Bar, our 20 year old quarter horse, and Risque, our 25 year old morgan mix have found a new loving home together. Ali arrived January 8, 2003 and Risque arrived June 12, 2003. They have been adopted by a family in Maple Ridge where Risque will be introducing a young rider to the care and maintenance of a horse and then beginner riding. Ali is being adopted as a companion and the family is looking forward to providing both with a good home. They went to their new home June 30, 2003

Babette is a 25 yr old bay Arab mare who had a brief stay with us and is lucky enough to have found a wonderful home! She arrived June 12, 2003 and will be going to her new home June 25, 2003.

Shadow stands almost 16 hh. and is a 27 year old, palomino quarter horse gelding arriving March 1, 2003. He has given many years to 4-H activities and pleasure riding. His owners asked if we could find an adoptive home for him, and we did almost immediately. We had a request on file for a palomino, and when they met him, they fell in love and felt their prayers were answered. Shadow will be in a caring environment for his retirement years.Adopted out March 4, 2003.

Steady Hank (Hank for short) is a 25 year old Standardbred gelding who arrived march 15, 2001. As one of our first horses we are all sad to see him go January 21, 2003, but so happy he has found a loving home with Grayson. Happy trails Hank!

Greyson is a 15 year old grey TB gelding, 16hh arrived November 26, 2002 and has found a loving home which he moved to January 21, 2003.

Joe, the 24 year old Arab gelding, who has been with us since July, 2002, has found a new home in the Silverdale area, not far from where Trick and JB are enjoying a great retirement home. Joe will be a companion horse to a rescued stallion.

Jackson a 15 HH, 18 year old, paint quarter horse just arrived November 13,2002 and moved to his new home, after a very brief stay with us, Nov. 22, 2002

Winston is a 20+-year-old Dutch Warmblood ,16.2HH dark bay gelding. Winston’s new adopted family have 3 other aged horses and appreciate the maturity and reliability of horses who have life experiences.

Tinsel's new name at her adopted home is "Willow" which rather suits her. She has a pasture mate who is an 8 year old Appy, lots of acres to roam and 2 people who are going to give her a compassionate, loving home.

Ray Ray was the first horse donated to us November 23, 2000. He was with us a year before we found a loving home for him November 19, 2001.

Vern is a 26-year-old Standardbred gelding who came to us September 7, 2001 and went to his new home October 12, 2001.

Mister is a Pony of the Americas who came to us February 21, 2001 with several problems which we were able to over come. He was successfully placed September 15, 2001.

Lady and Tuck, age 28 and 23, are a mother/daughter pair who came to us March 29, 2001 and stayed less then 3 months before being adopted.
