Circle F Horse Rescue Society is pleased to announce that the Vancouver Foundation has approved a grant of $6,860.00 towards the installation of a rain water retention system for the house and barn! The well water on site is no longer safe for human or horse consumption. The Vancouver Foundation has a designated fund for animal welfare and is a leader in this field providing a number of supporting grants across the province.     Vancouver Foundation helps build more vibrant and resilient communities in BC.
